This review is specifically for Mona and Shelly. We had an escrow close last year. The county has had some issues on a issue relating to this the close. Despite the fact that the escrow closed last year and that this is an issue having nothing to do with their work on the closing they continue at their expense to support me in getting this issue taken care of
I had a very disappointing experience with First American Title Insurance. The service was unprofessional and frustrating from start to finish.
