As a real estate broker, I've worked with many title companies over the years, and unfortunately, my experience with this First American Title branch has been one of the most disappointing. Michael Suddreth, the branch manager, was consistently rude, dismissive, and difficult to work with. Tiffany did an amazing job with the closing, she put my client completely at ease, explained everything very well, and was so personable. It was one of the loveliest experiences I've had at a closing table to date. Highly recommend working with her-added bonus was her great closing picture taking skills!!!
