As a lender, I recently worked with Kimberly Peracchi and Anne Bailey at First American Title in Roseville, CA, on a purchase transaction for one of my clients. They were on top of the file from start to finish and kept everything moving smoothly with clear communication and timely follow-up. I can’t recommend them enough and look forward to working with them again on future transactions.
So I used First American for my very first home purchase back in April of 2021. I was getting the mortgage in my name and First American gave us the date of our signing. They requested both my spouse and I show up to sign papers. We were excited and showed up and we signed a bunch of papers and everything seemed fine. Fast forward a year and come to find out they had my wife sign some paperwork taking her of the house or not putting her on the title of the house. Horrible Horrible company!! Top 3 worst companies I've ever had to deal with in my life and that's saying a lot because generally speaking customer service has gotten really bad over the years. Heather was very rude, made a lot of mistakes, and blamed everyone else. The emails show proof of her many mistakes but she blamed two different notaries, the lender, real estate agent, pretty much everyone but herself. Very bad experience. One of the worst title company out there. Their service is worst. They are very rude and very unprofessional.
