Great experience. Our agent was incredibly nice and efficient. The process was quick and easy. All the older reviews don't do this place justice. We were quickly greeted, placed in a room, and offered water, even though we were still waiting for the loan officer to transmit all the documents. We also got our appointment scheduled weeks in advance.
Everyone was nice and helpful throughout the entire process.
The office appeared to be overbooked, and we were asked to leave the closing room before our closing was completed to make space for the next appointment. The lobby was overcrowded, with no available seating, leaving us standing for an extended period. Additionally, the trash bin was overflowing, with garbage scattered on the floor. It was only after a customer pointed it out that the receptionist took any action. The overall experience was disorganized and unprofessional.

Our experience was great! Even though one of us forgot our ID, they were able to get the closing rescheduled for the next day. The closing agent was organized, friendly, and quick. The entire process took about a half hour.
