Stay away from this title company. Incompetent is an understatement.
Very poor customer service. Their email got compromised a day before closing and was sending fraudulent email that could have caused me to lose my down payment to the hacker. My information got compromised sue to their poor cyber security and they didn’t even apologize or explain. On the day of closing, they were in a hurry to even explain the forms you’re signing and too many errors and missed calculations. Never again!
