Sienna was very unpleasant and didn’t speak up when calling our names. Didn’t utilize the list and was highly inefficient. Speaking across the desk from her I could not hear her, please consider hiring people who are capable of using their voices so customers don’t waste two hours. DO NOT COME HERE.
