Do not recommend at all. We had little to no communication all the way up until our closing. Same day still had no information on the closing. I had to have my bank dig for what closing documents would be required as the title company did not provide them. After closing, we now found out there is a septic and well, it was listed it did not have one. Also found out the property was listed at 21 acres. After closing have now found out through the county and surveyor its less. The title company did not catch any of this. When I... read more
