Everything went smoothly! Closer was very personable and organized… Transaction closed quickly with no issues!
Missing JTWROS !!! We just found that our closing documents doesn’t show “manner in which title will be held “ . FIRST AMERICAN TITLE COMPANY DOES NOT ACT IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THEIR CLIENTS BY OMITTING EXPLANATION how important it is. To have JTWROS we have to correct this and it costs us additional money… If not corrected, the property may not automatically pass to the surviving owner… if you use this company BE AWARE that one day you understand that THEY ARE INCOMPETENT and YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL ... read more
