I had a great experience with my last several 100, maybe even 1000, closings with First American Title.
The Carefree office is amazing. They made a difficult process easy.
First off, First American Title always rocks. Second, this was the most RIDICULOUS transaction EVER! We had to get through six (6) escrows before closing! And Ruth and Drea just kept at it. Plus they navigated the most RIDICULOUS cloud on title created the family members of the estate. Ruth and Drea literally did this transaction six times (through no fault of their own) before closing (due to my client, the seller). Thank you Ruth & Drea!
Highly recommend Ruth and her team. I lived out of town and they arranged an in home notary making my closing an effort less process
