Very grateful for the help of the team at First American Title to buy the new house. The expertise of Vanessa, Rena, and the entire team made a long and complicated house purchase a lot smoother for us.
This was my first experience with First American Title and will surely be my last. The branch in League City was unresponsive, unprofessional, and ill-prepared to handle this closing. I was initially assigned an agent and an assistant. Both ended up leaving the company and the branch did not reach out to let me know who was re-assigned. The experience with this Title Company has been nothing but a headache and problems with no communication from them, when there are any problems. As a seller, our transaction should have been a joyful occassion and we should have been able to celebrate the next chapter of our lives. However, not only has this been a miserable transaction but you cant even get anyone to answer the main phones, and if you do get an answer, consider yourself lucky!
