They sent out an appraiser to my house and appraised it for a box of rocks. Then when I pointed out that the house across the street{that I can literally see from my window} that sold for more and was smaller they refused to change the price. If I were rich I would pay people to not use them.
My wife and I purchased a house and we e signed up for their home warranty which turned out to be the biggest waste of time and money in my entire life. My dishwasher broke and they sent someone out to look at it (which costs us an additional $100) and the repairman said we needed a new one. It’s been nearly three weeks and we have not received a new dishwasher or even an update. I’ve been calling every two days and now they’re not even accepting our calls.
