I would give 0 stars if I could. The seller paid for the title so that’s how I got involved with them. My lender also stated they were the worst to work with. They never contacted me, I always chased them and was never available. I would have to call repeatedly. I don’t care how busy you are, you make time for customers. I am supposed to be closing on the house on 6/24. I literally just found out from the realtor that the title company has known about an open permit for 3 weeks.
