We left to go to another title company. We tried to stay with 1st American title just hoping we could sell soon. Called them several times, no one was ever available and we never got a call back. Never! They were unwilling to talk us through what needed to be done. I do not recommend
We have worked with First American Title, at this location, for many years now, both personally and as a builder. This team is top notch. They always make the process of closing so smooth and painless. The best I've ever experienced in my 30 yrs of real estate dealings!
I closed Dec 20th 2024. I told the person that my mortgage compamy would pay taxes from my escrow. I gave my payoff for my mortgage. They took out 3k extra on mortgage and taxes that my mortgage co would pay I finally got the 3k from mortage in Feb but still dont have my tax money back its March 25th 2025. Also they didnt pay realtor right and I had to go and write a check b4 xmas too many errors!!!!
