I have closed at the Skokie office as well as the Northbrook office a couple things now and can say I have been satisfied with the experience. The closing agent I work with was very helpful
Friendly, fast closings!
They paid my insurance premium to the wrong address/wrong agency, didn’t take responsibility for it. Maintained they sent it to the right place until I found the funds myself and had the incorrect agency return the funds to FAT. Thanks to them I had a coverage lapse, and a leak with $10s of thousands of loss isn’t covered. Absolute joke. Take responsibility for your errors.
