We did a purchase and refinance. After a good experience with our initial purchase, we were refinancing with another title company. I called Tobin and after reviewing their fees, they were charging double what First American would. As in the first purchase, Tobin was responsive and I was never waiting on him. The lender delayed until afternoon of our closing day. First American expedited the documents and sent a notary to our home to sign that night. Highly recommend for price, communication, and results.
