Lazy and Incompetent. I have had many closings before and I have never encountered a group so lazy and incompetent as this one. I'm going to try to summarize everything in a short and concise manner, but this review cannot even begin to scratch the level of incompetence they exude. Update below! Waiting on a closing that had back taxes, but was insured. However, we owe taxes from 22&23, Closed on 3/2025. Once we get an update this review will get an update. As of today, I've received nothing, after emailing 3 weeks ago requesting an update. At this point, although we were insured, they've ignored us.
