Home equity line was suppose to be paid on home, the bank didn't receive the payoff title company didn't follow up, I made them aware of it, they didn't get the correct payoff with penalties and it still owed and we closed on Sept 15, 2023 and they don’t want us to bother them because the girl is sick, unbelievable. Go somewhere else they don’t have a clue
