15 years ago, my family chose First American to provide services involving 2 home purchases. My mother's last name was slightly (legally) changed from mine & my brothers. We were all listed in some manner in the docs & present at the signing. The documents are all technically incorrect. As I prepare to sell my home now, it is something I would like corrected.
