I’ve worked with many title companies in real estate, and this was by far the least professional experience I’ve ever had. Despite a signed contract entitling my client to $2,000 if the buyer failed to perform, this title company released funds back to the buyer after the close of escrow date — a clear violation of what was agreed to.
