PLEASE READ I couldn't rate them 0 stars. If you buy a house and they are your home warranty provider just decline it and go with ANYONE else trust me. They absolutely refuse to acknowledge their awful "technicians" behavior in my home and I have the emails to prove it. He's done nothing for weeks but "kick tires" and try to sit on the phone with tech support that I also have to take control over because he's not listening to what they're telling him to do.
