"Mailing it today." I heard it multiple times over multiple weeks before I got fed up and just showed up out of the blue to have them print and hand me my escrow check. I went as far as calling another First American Title closer to me. They said that the location I am having problems with can print to this location and I can pick it up closer. These folks got our package done in time for our closing, despite last minute shenanigans from the mortgage underwriter. They hung on for a late friday close even though it nipped into the start of their weekend. We were very grateful for their outstanding service in the cruncj.
