Gave up trying to work with them on a $325k mortgage I committed to fund, after a week of trying, as an out- of-state, one time lender. Sad, but a relief of the stress of trying to work with them and get answers. I would assign 50% as their fault and 50% to the secrecy of borrower, using a Wyoming LLC for partial ownership.
