The escrow officer, Leticia Galindo-Glueck, did not read the contract, a signed agreement based on a standard Colorado contract. She made mistakes in the closing figures and then, when we brought this to her attention, she first blamed one party and then gave unsolicited and unwarranted (unlicensed) legal advice, saying that we would need to clarify the contract with another contract at closing.
