First American Title is knowledgable and very easy to work with. They assist in guiding you through the process in a friendly and professional manner.
This is the worst title company I have ever worked with. If you are an investor or know anything about real estate, steer clear of these guys. They don't return calls, they are not willing to work with you, and they definitely aren't customer-focused. They would not work with us on an owner carry deal purely because they thought the purchase price was too low. That is absurd. These guys are a joke!
I have used First American Title several times when helping clients close on properties. They do a great job of communication, timeliness, and handling complex problems!
