First American Title closed a NW Tampa home sale for buyer and seller very smoothly and professionally. Carol Cahill was most helpful throughout the process.
Terrible. Three women coerced elderly mother to sign title after the sale went through. She was 1/2 owner of the property and knew nothing about the sale. All she wanted was to get advice from her attorney, but they were on her to get her signature and she signed under tremendous pressure. She lost a lot of money. I recorded the entire conversation on my phone under the table. I still can’t believe it. No ethics. I should have and may still report this company.
