The worst title company to work with. Complete nightmare of an experience. Hard to get ahold of and not very responsive. Clearly communicated something to them along with lender and real estate agent and they still managed to delay my closing and mess up my title paperwork. Not once had a great experience with them and it’s just cost me more money.
