In my situation, the manager, Nicole, made a decision NOT to close my house on time. She had the ability to do so, but it would have been outside of her normal routine and require additional attention in her part. Her decision impacted several people and situations including leaving me and my family and dogs with nowhere to live for 3 days. Nicole had an opportunity to think outside the box and make it happen, but alas chose not to! I am totally disheartened by her choice and would not use her again.
