We closed on June 12th and thought everything was fine. I asked the closer why we got debited for the HOA and she said it was my mistake, should of been credited. But then she said let me call the agent and get that money back. I feel like that is not my fault, 1st American title should send me a check and they go after the realtor. Why she said she is calling the realtor because she is the buyer too. This has been going on since 6/12/26. I just like a check that is due us. Thanks.
