NOTE: AFTER I POSTED MY INITIAL REVIEW, ERIKA HAD A BUNCH OF HER FRIENDS WRITE POSITIVE REVIEWS TO PUSH THIS TO THE BOTTOM, AND YET WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR CHECK TWO WEEKS AFTER CLOSING! Very poor communication and lazy staff. Made a very obvious $5k mistake on taxes on the closing statement and acted like it was our fault. Contacted us extremely last minute to schedule the time to sign the documents and then were inflexible on time so I had to run home as fast as possible from a dental procedure, and then they were u... read more
