Stopped responding to my email. Left me with unpaid bills on title. Said “sorry” that they can’t get ahold of the previous owner. They also had lots of “sorry’s “ at closing because they weren’t ready or didn’t do what was asked.
This company left us with unpaid bills from the previous owners. Isn’t it their job to make sure the tittle is clear ? Isn't that what we paid for? Notified First American about the uncleared bills and the response was “sorry”. So unprofessional, definitely not a FIRST choice company to go with.
First American Title has earned my business for life with their stellar customer service and over and above positive attitude. The entire team is absolutely delightful to work with!
