Completely unresponsive- I have to wire closing money for a client and they want to charge extra for their own notary- that's fine, but I need a total and I shouldn't have to chase them around to get that. I've been calling and emailing and no one bothers to get back to me. I shouldn't even have to call or email they should contact me with the amount to wire as they said they would, but now daysbefore closing I still don't know how much money I am supposed to wire and I am out of time to devote to this.
