I would not recommend this title company to represent your closing. This company represented the seller to the house I bought. They managed to not only mess up my name (the buyer) on the deed but also the transfer of water service with the city causing me delays in paying my bills. Its clear that they don't pay attention to the important details. A way better option is Minnesota Title in Maple Grove, they will take care of you.
