We just purchased a house and the sellers chose First American Title as the escrow officers. Jennifer Engkerling was our escrow officer. We were very disappointed with the service we received. Jennifer and her team never responded to email or voicemail questions--including one related to wire instructions. In addition, we uploaded a document to the client portal that was necessary for the closing (a statement of authority), but when we went to the closing it was not there.
