First American Title in Wenatchee handled the purchase of a property for us late last year (2021). They seemed to be fully staffed when calling and visiting their office, but the accuracy of their paperwork was the worst. We caught three major errors in the closing papers that would have cost us thousands had they not been corrected prior to closing. It appears no one checks their work before being forwarding to the buyers and sellers of properties. We do not recommend this office for your real estate transactions.
If I could give 0 starts I would. The person Laura who handled my account was rude, unprofessional, not helpful. Terrible service. I found out They were obtained by my mortgage company, I do not recommend Nevada Title as they truly ruined my mortgage experience. What should be a good experience turned out to be awful thanks to the unprofessional behavior of this person who handled my account. Not recommend at this time.
if you want rude incompetent service, use them, but you do have many quality choices. Lesson learned, they will never get my business again
