Poor service; failed to refund escrow The service throughout the process was poor , but the worst was that I received a past due notice on our property taxes--which we had paid for in escrow. The title company had received a refund and failed to notify us OR RETURN the money to use until I called several months later. They gave no apologies and finally did refund the taxes.
BE CAREFUL They wrongly described our properly and gave our private road away to the buyer. Two years & thousands of $$$$ later we're still working on righting their wrong doing. They haven't been any help either. Go else where....Frank Klein
