Always great food & service
I would not close here again. I closed at First American because the buyer's agent worked for Berkshire Hathaway next door and picked it. Our title officer failed to deduct the year of real estate taxes that I paid at closing, which would have cost me over $2,000 had I not caught the mistake. When I asked the woman handling our closing if she would have mailed me a check after closing if the error was caught later, her response was "would you also mail me a check if an error was found that I had made?"
