The most incompetent title company I’ve ever worked with. If it was up to me, we would have never used this title company. Communication through the entire closing on our house was severely lacking. 5pm the day before remote closing, we had not received the final dollar amounts to pay at closing nor did we ever receive wiring transfer instructions.
