AVOID! This was not my first closing, so I know what to expect. That said, Nicole Morris is a dreadful human-being and when I was tired of feeling ripped off by her "fuzzy math" and her overall nasty attitude, I asked the manager Kimberly to make sure Nicole wasn't at my closing. I arrived at the closing and guess who I was forced to deal with, again?! I can honestly say I’ve never had a closing go as smoothly and efficiently as this one with First American. Wanda was absolutely amazing to work with. She was very forthcoming and knowledgeable, she answered any and all questions we had. If you need a title and or closing agent for your home purchase, I highly recommend First American.

Robin helped us navigate through the closing of our purchase of land from the owner.She was very knowledgeable, patient, taking the time to explain each detail, highly professional.We would recommend American Title as the title company of choice.Richard & Gayle
