The worst title company ever! I am still trying to get my money back from a realestate deal that went bad three weeks ago. We wont even mention the fact that the realtor wont drop the buyers agreement they force you to sign. They do not communicate with their own staff and they will lie to you about sending your money. Pioneer title may have its issues but at least they will give you your money back promptly.
