I would like to give 0 stars. I received Title Insur. through this company when I bought my house. Now I can't get in touch with them. I have left 3 messages with no return call. I plan to report them. I changed my review because I emailed the Vice President and he emailed me back immediately. He helped me with my question.
We purchased $700k home in Colorado in 2021 and the title insurance was $650. We are about to purchase a $200k piece of property in Georgia and the rate is $894. Why so much higher. No one seems to be able to give us an answer to this question!
Never answer the phone. Look elsewhere. Is this even a real company???
