First American Title Company does not even deserve 1 star. The Redding branch is unresponsive and incompetent. THEY INCORRECTLY RECORDED THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF MY PROPERTY. I had to file a claim through the title insurance to correct their negligence. Brooke Fitzgerald handled my escrow. She was unresponsive the entire time. We tried calling the office, we emailed, our realtor called. She would email back a generic "We are very busy and will get back to you when we can" but never actually got back to us.
