I really enjoy working with First American Title Company out of Redding. Brooke has been my main point of contact and she is consistently responsive, professional, and so easy to work with. Clear and timely communication makes all the difference, and this office truly delivers. I appreciate the opportunity to work with such a great team!

Usually I don't have issues with the title company. After working with First American and Placer Title, I'd go with the latter next time. Brooke Fitzgerald keeps telling me I can't cancel the Home Warranty but in fact I can and even the warranty company will issue the check back to escrow. She's making all sorts of hoops to jump through to get my money back and now needs an amendment to the contract. Next time, pick any other title company than this one! Also, First Am has a lot more closing cost fees than Placer Title.

I have been a customer with First American Title, Redding office, for more than 10 years. They have closed several homes and investment properties for our family in an extremely professional manner, both in Redding and Crescent City.
