Everyone that I dealt with at First American title was very friendly, helpful And responsive! I am moving from overseas, which made everything complicated but they were more than willing to work with me to figure everything out. They made everything very easy.
Would not recommend First American Title. Their team approach left no one responsible for getting things right so there were several errors made. They need a lead person who is accountable. When they did make mistakes the communication was not good and the urgency to correct them wasn’t there. Not a good experience.
The Team I worked with was very attentive and professional. This will be my Title Company of choice for now on.
