I would highly recommend this company. I am an active duty service member who purchased a home out of California. I needed a place to sign and scan my docs and Theresa accommodated me and my wife so graciously. She even set up a notary for us to use, AND let us use her office. What great service and we were not even using her title company because it was an out of state purchase. Great people.
First American is always there for difficult title items as well as the easy ones. They also review every title report and email a summary of the report.
