This title company is worthless
I finally got finished with my sale. My title officer made a few mistakes from what she said which effected my time of funds wrote to my account.
Working with this title company was interesting. We have bought a house before and it was a much smoother experience. We had multiple instances where we did not receive documents to sign because they sent them to the wrong email address. We also had email communication with the escrow officer that was full of typos. She seemed really unprofessional. Finally, we had an issue where some of our debts were supposed to be automatically handled once the loan went through, and instead, they cut us checks that weren't made out to us... read more
