FAHW My realtor wanted to protect my interests when I bought my condo and made sure I had a home warranty from First American Home Warranty, last October. All I can say is that I’m glad I wasn’t the one who paid for this scam. The blower motor on my AC unit went out on July 1, 2024. My latest closure was with a successor trustee that was a first time seller. There were a lot of questions that needed to be answered and First American went out of their way to help explain all that was needed.
