First American Title took care of the process seamlessly right through the close of escrow. They are, in general, a good team who’s quite responsive to calls, especially to the calls to confirm the wire transactions. However, they allowed a major error in the title insurance to slip through, which was caught by me — a customer. Such corrections to the title insurance aren’t supposed to be expected from a customer.
Kristy, Irma, and Nellie are exceptional and in today's market its whats needed. Thank you for the communication and top notch job!
Although Irma Reynoso is my go-to Escrow Officer, I wouldn't hesitate to use Erica Limones either. I have had great experience with both of them. The customer service provided by Kristy and Nellie are superb. You simply can't go wrong with this office!
