Brandy and the team were pleasant enough to your face, but lacked professionalism/knowledge behind the scenes and made multiple mistakes with my transaction. All the process was easy to follow and the communication was awesome which at the same time made everything go in the right direction.
Don’t preferred this to no one. Just called them worst experience ever they don’t know how to talk over the phone. Had few questions which they didn’t answer me at all and hand up the call right away. Really disappointed I wasn’t expecting this response from you guys. -10/10
