Deann Ryan at the Crystal Lake location is amazing. She’s very flexible and goes out of her way to schedule the closings. She’s on top of her files and makes the transaction very smooth.

The staff was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process, and I appreciated the prompt communication and attention to detail. It was my first time using "First American Title Insurance Company" and I will definitely work with them again.
I can't recommend First American Title in Crystal Lake enough. This is our 2nd experience with them and our closing officer, Deann Ryan. She is quite literally the best I've seen, EVER. This was our 14th closing in total and Deann makes a tough job look easy. Several issues arose, not their issues, but Deann got them solved immediately with her quick and efficient communications to all those involved. Thanks for the great work and thanks to all the kind and talented staff at First American Title.
