Very unprofessional and no customer service skills – This store has the most argumentative and unprofessional staff that I have ever encountered. I was harrassed about a $13 payment and talked to so rudely I was in utter disbelief. When I asked the associate not to call my place of employment to reach me he barked well what do you expect us to do when you are past due. Unprofessional Service – I Contacted store to make sure my bill was due on the 20th of june or july, i was told july. 1 day later associate comes to my home first instead of calling to collect my payment. Another associate called to ask when would i be making a payment i explain that i called the day before and it was told to me july 20th. So i told the Associate that i might be able to come this week but if not it will be the 3rd of july when i get paid.
