Had a different bill for 3 months. Unable to explain while waiting over 1 hour on the phone of why that was. I did not move outside of the same zip code & was charged 3x what I originally was. No one within the company - even the (very nice) woman who I spoke with that had been with the company 14 years could explain why my payment significantly higher. Would not recommend
